Audio Walk: Walk #1 is completed with Don Marsh as
narrator and recorded with Brad Sarno. Discs were picked up by J. Grasso and
given to M. Harney for website.

Signs in Historic District:
about a press release when signs are installed in Historic Districts
Approval of Minutes: January minutes tabled due to
additional meeting added that month
Application: Economy will affect budget for HPC projects. Issues with
matching grant monies is that all business needs to be ready to carry out
immediately before time frame for grant money expires.
Web Page Update: Part of this site is for new development of Webster Groves
on site: MO Historical Society, Awards of Excellence, Historic Designation of
Homes, Map of Historic Districts, Pictures of new Historic District Signs,
Audio Tours, Hot Topics
of Potential Designations: Home owners for the following addresses have
been invited to discuss their homes at HPC meeting: 115 W. Kirkham; 115 Gray;
133 Gray; 231 Gray
The Douglas School on N. Elm (currently Senior Living) mentioned as future possibility for
District Maps: D. Alexander proposed having an accurate map of districts
(for agents) and suggested that send M. Harney and email is “For Sale” signs
appear in Historic Districts.
