Municipal Court is conducted on the 2nd Wednesday of the month at 5:30 pm and the 4th Wednesday of the month at 6:00 pm in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, #4 East Lockwood, Webster Groves, Missouri, 63119.

For security purposes, those attending Court must enter through the front doors. If you require use of the handicapped entrance, have someone in your party contact the officer stationed at the front door or use the call button on the east side of the building at the Police Department entrance.

Any defendant requesting a continuance must speak with a Court Clerk. You can reach the Court Clerks by phone at 314-963-5433 or 314-963-5416.

The Prosecuting Attorney for the City is Deborah LeMoine. The Municipal Judge is James Whitney.

Parking tickets are paid at the Customer Service Counter. Those with traffic tickets who wish to pay their fines prior to their court date must appear at the Court window on the first floor of City Hall.  We accept payments in cash, money orders, or checks made payable to the City of Webster Groves. We also accept Visa and MasterCard payments made in person.
