Architectural Review Board
Purpose
The purpose of the ARB is to ensure and preserve the architectural uniqueness of the City of Webster Groves.
The Architectural Review Board (ARB) reviews plans associated with new construction or renovation work affecting the exterior look of the main building, sign permits, and fences in historic districts prior to approval by the Building Commissioner.

John McCreery, Building Inspector, is the staff liaison to the ARB.
