Municipal Court is conducted on the 2nd Wednesday of the month at 5:30 pm and the 4th Wednesday of the month at 6:00 pm in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, #4 East Lockwood, Webster Groves, Missouri, 63119.

For security purposes, those attending Court must enter through the front doors. If you require use of the handicapped entrance, have someone in your party contact the officer stationed at the front door or use the call button on the east side of the building at the Police Department entrance.

Any defendant requesting a continuance must speak with a Court Clerk. You can reach the Court Clerks by phone at 314-963-5433 or 314-963-5416.

The Prosecuting Attorney for the City is Deborah LeMoine. The Municipal Judge is James Whitney.

Parking tickets are paid at the Customer Service Counter. If a court appearance is not required, those with traffic tickets who wish to pay their fines prior to their court date may appear at the Court window on the first floor of City Hall. We accept payments made in cash, money orders, or check made payable to the City of Webster Groves. Check payments may also be made by mail. We also accept Visa or MasterCard payments made in person.
