Docket #2026: A petition submitted by Carol Barnard (Owner under
contract) and Chalet Homes (Owner) for an APPLICATION FOR VARIANCE
from Section 53.214(a) of the Municipal Code (Zoning Ordinance) of the
City of Webster Groves, Missouri in order to construct a new home with an
attached front-entry garage where such garages are not otherwise allowed.
The property is located 226 Central Avenue and is within the “A-3”
Residential Zoning District.
b)
Docket #2027: A petition submitted by Jeffrey and Denise Pearl
(property owners) for an APPLICATION FOR VARIANCES from Sections 53.183(a)(4) and 53.183(b) of the Municipal Code (Zoning Ordinance) of the
City of Webster Groves, Missouri in order to construct a 786 sq. ft. detached
garage, which will encroach into required rear and side yards. The property
is located 708 Summit Avenue and is within the “A-4” Residential Zoning
District.
