Docket #2004: A
petition submitted by Greg Sullins for an APPLICATION FOR VARIANCES
from Chapter 25, Sections 25.058 and
25.071(2) of the Municipal Code (Comprehensive Sign Code) and Chapter 31, Section 31.210 of the Municipal Code (Nuisances Code) of the City of Webster Groves, to
allow a freestanding identification sign, with a total area in excess of that
allowed for multifaced signs and within the site-distance triangle, to remain
at the southeast corner of the property. The property is located at 305 East Kirkham Avenue and is within the “C” Commercial Zoning District.
b)
Docket #2005: A
petition submitted by John H. Ellis for an APPLICATION FOR VARIANCES
from Sections 53.064(b) and 53.062(a) of the Municipal Code (Zoning
Ordinance) of the City of Webster Groves, Missouri in order to construct an
approximately 1,100 sq. ft. addition to an existing 1,3214 sq. ft. home which
will encroach into a required side yard and will result in no parking space
being provided in either the rear yard or the portion of the side yard
located between the home and side yard property lines as required by Code.
The property is located at 311 Oak
Manor Lane and is within the “A-3”
Residential Zoning District.
