2.      PUBLIC HEARINGS

a)      Docket #2002: A petition submitted by Peter and Georgina Overmann for an APPLICATION FOR APPEAL of Chapter 23, Section 111.3 of the Municipal Code (1999 BOCA National Building Code) of the City of Webster Groves, to allow the electrical installation to remain in the unfinished portion of the 2nd story of the garage based on the statements of a letter to the Board of Adjustment dated December 4, 2006.  The property is located at 802 South Berry Road and is within the A-4 Residential Zoning District.

b)      Docket #2003: A petition submitted by Nathan and Kathy Findley for an APPLICATION FOR VARIANCE from Section 53.190 of the Municipal Code (Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Webster Groves, Missouri in order to construct an approximately 282 sq. ft. addition to an existing 1,194 sq. ft. home which will encroach into a required side yard.  The property is located at 221 Parkhurst Terrace and is within the A-2 Residential Zoning District.
