Docket #2094: A petition submitted by Terry Kippenberger for an APPLICATION FOR VARIANCE from Section 53.114.c of the Municipal Code (Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Webster Groves. The applicant is requesting a variance of 17.67 feet from the minimum 25 foot rear yard setback in order to construct a rear yard covered deck located 7.33 ft from the rear property line. The property is located at 8144-46 Big Bend Blvd. and is within the "C" Commercial District.
Docket #2095: A petition submitted by Scott Krejci for an APPLICATION FOR VARIANCE from Section 53.054.c of the Municipal Code (Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Webster Groves. The applicant is requesting a variance of 22.5 feet from the minimum rear yard setback of 32.5 feet in order to construct a two-story building addition with a garage located 10 feet from the rear property line. The property is located at 200 Blackmer Pl. and is within the "A2" Fifteen Thousand Square Foot Residence District.
