Welcome to the regular meeting of the City Council.  We welcome questions, ideas and comments from persons in attendance.  Members of the audience may, however, comment only when recognized by the Mayor or Mayor ProTem if the Mayor is absent.  We ask that comments be limited to three minutes in order to complete the agenda within a reasonable time.  Comments concerning items not on the agenda should be made during the Remarks of Visitors section of the agenda, near the beginning of the meeting.

2.   Bill #8712 – Third Reading – An Ordinance Approving a Conditional Use

      Permit for Tom Reitz to Allow an Approximately 2,741 Sq. Ft. Public Garage for Auto

      Repair and Gasoline Sales With Three Pumps, Located on an Approximately 0.49-

      Acre Tract at 9104 Big Bend Blvd. in the “C” Commercial District

 

      3.   Bill #8713 – Third Reading – An Ordinance Amending Chapter 10

            “Public Ways and Places,” Chapter 30, “Housing” and Chapter 31 “Nuisances” to

            Establish Administrative Costs Associated with Abating Property Maintenance

            Violations by the Building Commissioner and Code Enforcement Officers,

            Establishing Such Charges as Special Assessments, and Matters Related Thereto

      5.   Liquor License –  Temporary Liquor License Application for the Lions Club to Sell

            Beer at Community Days July 1-4, 2011, at Memorial Field, Contingent Upon Receipt

            of Their Certificate of Insurance

 

      6.   Liquor License - Application for Temporary Liquor License for the Art & Air Fair,

            Located on the Eden Seminary Grounds, 475 E. Lockwood Avenue, to Sell Beer and

            Wine on June 3-5, 2011
