Docket #2090: A petition submitted by Dessica & Derek Elz for an APPLICATION FOR VARIANCE from 53.190 of the Municipal Code (Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Webster Groves, Missouri. The applicant is requesting a variance of 2.5 feet from the required alternative side yard setback of 5 feet to erect a second story building addition located 2.5 feet from the (east) side lot line. The property is at located 591 Virginia Ave. and is within the "A4" Seventy-Five Hundred Square Foot Residence Zoning District.
Docket #2091: A petition submitted by Carlo & Kristine Sanfilippo for an APPLICATION FOR VARIANCE from Section 53.214.a of the Municipal Code (Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Webster Groves, Missouri. The applicant is requesting a variance of 40% from the minimum 40% or more of the single-family dwellings on both sides of the street on the same block that have front entry garages in order to construct a front entry attached garage. The property is located 234 Portland Terrace and is within the "A3" Ten Thousand Square Foot Residence District.
