Docket #2089: A petition submitted by Erin & Chris Chapman for an APPLICATION FOR VARIANCE from 53.196(a) of the Municipal Code (Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Webster Groves, Missouri. The applicant is requesting a variance of 2 feet from the maximum 4-foot fence height in order to erect a 6-foot privacy fence that is located in the side yard. The property is located at 1075 Key West Avenue and is within the "A4" Seventy Five Hundred Square Foot Residence Zoning District.
