Docket #2088: A petition submitted by Allison & Matt Davis for an APPLICATION FOR VARIANCE from 53.189.b of the Municipal Code (Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Webster Groves, Missouri. The applicant is requesting a variance of 2.25 feet from the required alternative front yard setback of 39.25 feet to erect a second story building addition located 37 feet from the front lot line. The property is at located 759 Greeley Ave. and is within the "A4" Seventy-Five Hundred Square Foot Residence Zoning District.
