Docket #2085: A petition submitted by Michael & Jen Lang for an APPLICATION FOR VARIANCE from Section 53.214.a of the Municipal Code (Zoning Code) of the City of Webster Groves, Missouri. The applicant is requesting a variance of 7% from the minimum 40% or more of the single-family dwellings on both sides of the street on the same block that have front entry garages in order to construct a front entry attached garage. The property is located 420 Glen Road and is within the "A1" Twenty Thousand Square Foot Residence District.
