Docket #2072: A petition submitted by John Giarrante & Elizabeth Osborne for an APPLICATION FOR VARIANCE from 53.054(b) of the Municipal Code (Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Webster Groves, Missouri. The applicant is requesting a variance of 5.25 feet from the required side yard setback of 10 feet to reconstruct a covered porch located 4.75 feet from the (north) side lot line. The property is at located 130 S. Gore Avenue and is within the “A2” Fifteen Thousand Square Foot Residence Zoning District.
