petition submitted by Patric & Cynthia Murray for an APPLICATION FOR
VARIANCE from 53.074(b) of the Municipal Code (Zoning Ordinance) of the
City of Webster Groves, Missouri. The applicant is requesting a variance of
3 feet & 6 inches from the required 6-foot side yard setback that is
located 2 feet & 6 inches from the side property line. The property is
located at 632 Colebrook Dr. and is within the “A4” Residential Zoning
District.
