petition submitted by Warren Sign Company for an APPLICATION FOR APPEAL
from the applicability of Sections 25.057.1 and 25.052 of the Comprehensive
Sign Ordinance of the Municipal Code by the
City of Webster Groves, Missouri in order construct an electronic reader
board sign as part of a Freestanding Sign. The
property is located at 1229 S. Laclede Station Road and is within the “PC” Planned
Commercial District.
