Docket #2031: A
petition submitted by Carl Meyer & Joseph Fichter, owners of Webster
Groves Subaru-Isuzu-Suzuki for an APPLICATION FOR VARIANCE from Section
25.071(3) of the Municipal Code (Comprehensive Sign Ordinance) of the City of
Webster Groves, Missouri. The applicant is
requesting a variance of 15 feet from the allowable sign height of 25 feet in
order to erect a 40 foot high free-standing sign. The property is located 7982 Big Bend Boulevard and is within the “C” Commercial Zoning District.
